These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk386 ("Platform", "Operator", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the pk386 website located at https://pk386.cam ("Site"), including all associated services, betting products, casino games, promotions and support channels.

By registering an account, accessing the Site, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the pk386 platform.

pk386 is an English-language platform designed for an international audience that includes Pakistani sports enthusiasts. Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. These Terms do not constitute legal advice. Players are individually responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling is lawful in their applicable jurisdiction. pk386 does not claim to hold a license from or to be regulated, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling page, both of which form part of the agreement between you and pk386.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on pk386, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. The Platform is strictly for adults.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their location. Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977; the status of online gambling depends on applicable federal and provincial law.
• You are acting in your own name and on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or problem gambling disorder at the time of registration. If you are, we strongly encourage you to seek support before accessing any gambling services.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pk386 or any operator affiliated with the platform.
• You have not had a previous Account on pk386 suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where required, phone number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one Account on the pk386 platform. Opening duplicate, secondary or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, including winnings.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or Account access with any third party. pk386 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

You must notify pk386 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. You should use a strong, unique password and consider enabling any additional security features available in your Account settings.

All account activity on your Account is your responsibility. Transactions completed while you are logged in will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified us of a compromise prior to the transaction occurring.

pk386 operates KYC and AML procedures in line with responsible platform obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, or at any point deemed necessary by the operator, we may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address and payment method ownership.

Acceptable verification documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (front-of-card image, wallet account screenshot)
• Source of funds documentation where required by AML obligations

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time may result in temporary Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal processing. pk386 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC in accordance with AML obligations.

All documentation submitted is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity and eligibility verification purposes.

Deposits to your pk386 Account must be made using payment methods available in the operator's current cashier. Payment references on this Site — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment context only. Their availability as active deposit methods is subject to the operator's current cashier configuration, the applicable policies of each payment provider and regulatory requirements. These providers do not endorse gambling or pk386.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

All deposits are processed in accordance with the payment provider's terms. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are set by the operator and are subject to change. PKR-denominated deposits are subject to the currency handling policies of the operator's cashier system.

pk386 does not accept deposits made for the purpose of money laundering or the processing of fraudulent funds. Any such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the Account will be permanently closed with all funds forfeited.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification, compliance with applicable AML checks and the absence of any active investigation on the Account. pk386 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times; timelines depend on the payment method, the operator's processing queue and any verification requirements.

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same method used for deposit, subject to availability and payment provider policies. Where the original deposit method is not available for withdrawal, an alternative method will be offered at the operator's discretion.

Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are detailed in the operator's cashier. Withdrawals of bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be processed.

pk386 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to deposit history, where there are indicators of unusual betting patterns, or where AML obligations require further investigation.

pk386 may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotional-specific terms, the promotional-specific terms shall prevail.

Key principles applying to all pk386 bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, applicable games and contribution rates are stated in the promotional terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not used within the stipulated period will be forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonuses are limited to one per player, household, shared computer or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse: pk386 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, the use of arbitrage strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or collusion.
• Illustrative Figures: Any PKR figures referenced in promotional materials (e.g., PKR 25,000 welcome bonus, PKR 1,000 referral credit) are illustrative only unless a live promotion is active and confirmed by the operator.

The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Continued participation in a promotion after notice of modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All bets placed on the pk386 platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable sport, market or casino game. By placing a bet or making a game wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

In cricket betting, including PSL/T20 and ICC tournament markets, the specific match rules, settlement criteria and void bet conditions are defined by the operator for each market type. Standard applicable rules include:

• Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body of the competition.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or reduced in overs, specific rules regarding void bets or reduced-market settlement will apply as stated in the operator's rules page.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the availability of the in-play betting service. Bets placed after the conclusion of an event will be voided.
• System errors, communication failures or data feed interruptions may, at the operator's discretion, result in bets being voided or settled at the last confirmed odds.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTPs and house edge figures are as published by the relevant game provider where available. pk386 does not guarantee specific return figures to individual players.

The maximum payout per bet, per event or per period may be limited by the operator. Limits are specified in the applicable betting rules and may be adjusted by the operator at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk386 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering an Account if you are under the permitted minimum age.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or at any other time.
• Operating multiple Accounts individually or in collusion with other players.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading or any conduct that exploits non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting.
• Engaging in money laundering, the processing of fraudulent payment instruments or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in games to extract winnings beyond normal game parameters.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including the use of systematic strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law, if such access is knowingly concealed from the operator.
• Engaging in any conduct intended to intimidate, harass or defraud other players or platform staff.

pk386 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close Accounts and forfeit balances where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected. In serious cases, relevant information may be shared with law enforcement authorities.

pk386 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable period; (c) fraudulent, abusive or money-laundering activity is detected; (d) an investigation into Account activity is ongoing; or (e) the operator determines that continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable risk.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. If you wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool in your Account settings or notify support explicitly; a responsible gambling self-exclusion is processed differently from a standard Account closure.

Upon Account closure following a confirmed breach, pk386 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the Account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, in accordance with the nature of the breach and applicable operator policies.

All content on the pk386 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, database structures and layout — is the intellectual property of pk386 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content or software without the express prior written consent of pk386.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk386, its officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including gambling losses, loss of data, loss of revenue or any other financial or non-financial loss.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk386 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, the accuracy of odds data or the availability of any specific payment method or game.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Gambling involves financial risk. You accept that gambling losses are a foreseeable consequence of participation and pk386 shall not be liable for gambling losses incurred during normal, authorised use of the Platform.

pk386 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools and obligations apply to all Accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period at the operator's discretion.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via Account settings or to the support team and will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, marketing communications will be suppressed and Account access will be restricted.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications may be triggered at intervals to remind players of elapsed play time and cumulative wagering.

pk386 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers and regulatory bodies is done so only to the extent required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable international license, as detailed in the operator's licensing information section. Where no specific jurisdiction is stated, these Terms are governed by generally accepted principles applicable to international online gambling operators.

These Terms are not governed by Pakistani law and pk386 does not claim to operate under a license granted by any Pakistani authority. Players in Pakistan access the Platform subject to their own compliance obligations under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This provision does not constitute legal advice.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to the pk386 support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, it shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction.

pk386 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Site prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following notice of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
